The team names the project “Cheers & Buddies”. The name of their beer is also decided, it will be “Tolmaq”.

Purchase of a container and brewing equipment to develop and perfect recipes in small volumes while imitating the standard industry practices of process and quality.

Adrien, a longtime friend from university who has always wanted to embark on an entrepreneurial adventure, puts Quentin and Thibaut to the test with the brewing of a first recipe. It’s a success, but there is still work to be done.

Thibaut and Quentin, already engineers, pause their professional lives and start a Master’s in Brewing Engineering: they have their first recipe idea during their classes.

Cheers & Buddies is launching TOLMAP for the holidays, along with a gift pack called the TOLPACK.
