Thibaut, or Mr. “Oops, I forgot it was due tomorrow.” If you’re thinking of a surprising ingredient you’d like to test, know that Thibaut has probably already studied the issue. He studied bioengineering before diving into a master’s in brewing engineering, which allowed him to turn to the world leader in the beer market to offer his services and perfect his brewing education as a process expert. A true well of knowledge, Thibaut is in charge of theoretical process questions and recipe creations.

Adrien, or rather Sancho as we call him to honor his Mediterranean side. Have you heard of a new technology, a new concept? Go talk to Sancho; he has probably already listened to an audiobook, conducted documentary research, and written a comprehensive report on the subject. He is also a bioengineer, in addition to holding a master’s in environmental management. He holds a project manager position in various industrial domains, always seeking a new challenge. A stickler for precision and a hard worker, Cheers & Buddies has placed its trust in Sancho for the administration and development of its activities.

Matthieu, or the guy who can’t take two steps without saying hello to someone. Is some problem bothering you? Call Matthieu! He’ll have a solution to your problem, and if the solution doesn’t come from him, he’ll provide you with the person to contact along with their address, phone number, and the name of the restaurant to go to thank the one who solved your problem in no time. Also holding a master’s in bioengineering, Matthieu jumped from job to job, moving from eco-isolation to heavy industry before landing in the world leader in beverage packaging as a project manager. An idealist of the party, Matthieu ensures communication and marketing at Cheers & Buddies.

Quentin, then… If Quentin could taste an emotion, he would describe it better than experiencing it. A fine beer taster and enthusiast of good cuisine, it was after a master’s in environmental engineering and a master’s in brewing engineering that Quentin ended up working as a brewer before redirecting himself towards the environment. Extremely technical, it’s to Quentin that Cheers & Buddies turns to for all questions of process, feasibility, and on-site reality.
